Lia Roy Nanda

Psychotherapy and Counseling Services Tailored to YouI offer psychotherapy and counseling for a wide range of challenges, aiming to achieve positive, personalized outcomes in a supportive, confidential, and safe environment.
As an eclectic and solutions-focused counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals discover their most authentic selves. Drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches, I tailor my techniques to suit your unique needs. Beyond traditional therapy, my goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, freely express your thoughts, and comfortably explore any issue.
I provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, elders, families, couples, and groups in my welcoming office. Whether you’re facing a difficult situation or simply ready to make a change, therapy can offer valuable support and guidance.
With experience as a former school counselor, I have a special passion for working with school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions. Such changes can often trigger feelings of anxiety, depression, and confusion. I help teens reduce these feelings by encouraging them to find purpose and set meaningful goals. Adolescents often struggle with balancing independence and interdependence while searching for their true identity. By focusing on their strengths, I help them build self-worth and a sense of purpose, enabling them to thrive. When individuals accept their circumstances, they are better equipped to make thoughtful decisions, build positive relationships, and create a fulfilling life.
I also support families facing change—whether it’s loss, separation, or divorce—helping them improve communication and navigate challenges together. During crises, reaching out for help can be difficult but is a powerful step toward healing. Feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, or eating disorders can develop when control feels lost. Therapy offers a collaborative process to set goals and discover practical solutions, all aligned with your values and beliefs.
My approach is genuine, interactive, intuitive, nurturing, supportive, and educational—designed to empower you on your journey toward well-being.
